Prices Algarve Offroad's basic arrangement is an eight-day stay from Saturday to Saturday with five biking days. The price for this is 1.160 euros per person. The price includes seven nights hotel (shared room) with breakfast , transfer from and to the airport; transfer to and from Algarve Offroad base from the hotel; use of the motorbikes on biking days including guide, lunch on riding days, maintenance and third party insurance. The price excludes petrol (also for the bike of the guide is not included), all other meals and drinks, deposit for the motorbikes and if required rental gear. New in 2008! The “don't fence me in” tours Experience total offroad freedom now. Algarve Offroad offers two new tours, a week tour or a tour with two/three riding days going from place to place. The short enduro-wander tour brings us to Salir, the self anounced “offroad-capital of the Algarve ”. Withit's many hills and rivers and Cork tree plantages it offers a challenge to riders of all capacities The week tour shows you all the four corners of the Algarve , from the very impressive westcoast to the more arrid Sotavento (east-algarve).

Please note, on request any other arrangement is possible. Just drop us an e-mail with your wishes. Different arrival/departure days of the week are also possible. Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and confirmation Bookings can be made in writing by letter, fax or e-mail, bookings made by e-mail must be confirmed. Your booking will be in effect once received by Algarve Offroad (or one of our agents). 2. Payment A 10% deposit must be made on confirmation of the booking. Payment in full required at least three weeks prior to the start of the tour. 3. Accommodation Prices In the unlikely event of changes having to be made to the hotel booking and/or price the customer will be informed immediately. Changes to the route do not count as changes to the accommodation, especially not when decided upon by most of the participants. We are not responsible for misprints in the programme. Price changes may occur due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances. 4. Cancellation or change of booking by the customer The customer can cancel his/her trip at any time prior to the trip provided that this is done in writing, the cancellation will be in effect the moment Algarve Offroad or their representative receives the cancellation. The cancellation costs are as follows: Up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip - 10% of the total cost Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip - 25% of the total cost Up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip - 50% of the total cost Up to 1 week before the start of the trip - 75% of the total cost Less than 1 week before the start of the trip - 100% of the total cost The customer can at no extra cost transfer his/her booking to someone else at no extra cost up to the start of the trip. 5. Cancellation by Algarve Offroad We reserve the right to cancel any bookings up to three weeks prior to the start of the trip on the following grounds: Insufficient number of participants (in which case you will receive a full refund or a booking on another date at a discount) There are extenuating circumstances (these include: acts of God, strikes, or other unforeseeable event that influences the safety of the trip.) Furthermore we reserve the right to cancel trips due to any of the above circumstances. Individual participants can be refused or expelled from the trip if they display untoward behaviour that may result in damage to themselves or any of the other participants or to the guide. In this case there will be no reimbursement. 6. Responsibility Algarve Offroad is responsible for providing a well organised trip as promised in the contract. Algarve Offroad is not responsible for the following: The quality of goods supplied by third parties (eg. Boat trips, mountain bikes) Accidents that occur during motorbike riding, in this kind of sporting activity every customer is responsible for his/her own riding style and particularly his/her ability to gage their own skill. Theft or damage to baggage or goods Any costs incurred as a result of cancellations such as changes to flight itineraries are not the responsibility of Alagarve Offroad. 7. Customer responsibilities The Customer must help solve problems that may arise and minimize chances of damage resulting from these problems. If the customer has any complaints he/she must tell Algarve Offroad or representative within a month, in writing. Any complaints not received within one month will be invalid. 8. Regulations The customer is responsible for all travel documents he/she may require as well as insurances and credit cards etc. He/she is also responsible for meeting the conditions set by any of the companies involved. 9. Rental of Motorbikes The Customer must handle the rented equipment with care following the instructions given. If the motorbike is irreparably damaged during the tour the customer will forfeit the right for reimbursement of the refundable deposit irrespective of whether the customer is at fault or not. Algarve Offroad will attempt to provide the customer with a replacement motorbike. 10. Liability declaration By booking the customer automatically agrees to the following: I am completely aware of the dangers of motorbike riding on and off-road. I take part in this trip at my own risk. I agree to the fact that neither Algarve Offroad, nor their representatives or their agents are responsible for damage to my person, belongings, or financial loss incurred or for any other extenuating circumstances beyond their control. I am aware that Algarve Offroad is not responsible for the behaviour of other participants. I shall abide by local traffic regulations and those of the group trip. I will ensure that my behaviour and/or actions in no way cause harm to other people, local environment, or my vehicle. In all truth, as far as is known to me I am in good health and able to meet the required tour standards. I have a valid full motorbike licence. I am responsible for wearing the correct protective clothing.
