Our tours normally evolves in the “Barlavento”, Algarve 's western part.
But the Algarve has a very diverse landscape. In the eastern part, the “ Sotavento” the landscape is more arid towards the Spanish border. North of Loulé you'll find steeper hills with nice hill climbs for the expert riders
The week tour starts and ends at our home base in Mexilhoeira Grande.
In 5 to 5.5 days we will travel from west tot east and back.
Every night we sleep on a different location, from a simple bed & breakfast to a luxurious hotel.
Do you like camping out? On request we can spend a night in the field, Tanja will prepare a great barbeque and the next morning a big breakfast. Freshen up can be done in the nearby stream or with a solar shower.
The other possibility is a two or three days trip to Salir, the self-announced “ offroad capital of the Algarve ”.
The area holds many challenges for riders of all abilities. We sleep in a beautiful bed & breakfast in the middle of rural Algarve .
The prices are the same as the normal week and long weekend trips.
